All delegates attending the Conference are invited to join the social programme, with inclusive tickets for full three-day delegates. Day delegates and exhibitors are able to purchase tickets and extra tickets are also available to buy.
This social programme is a fun and integral part of the annual BACCN Conference.
Welcome Reception
Monday 15th September
Come and enjoy the fun immediately after Monday’s last Conference Session. An official opening will be held in the exhibition area, which will include a welcome from a local dignitary, some light entertainment and an opportunity to chat with exhibitors over a glass of wine. Guests are then free to discover the many restaurants York has to offer.
Following dinner, guests can choose between a guided tour on York’s open top bus, or a treasure hunt around York City Centre. Then join us in the ‘Pitcher and Piano’ to bring the evening to a close.
Conference Dinner
Tuesday 16th September
The party will take place in the historic National Railway Museum. With a drinks reception, three course meal, lively after dinner entertainment and plenty of dancing; this is an event not to be missed!
Dress code for the evening is Black Tie.
